Open to all case manager providers, this one day meeting is designed to provide training around issues relevant to the delivery of case management services.
Audience:
Individuals from agencies funded by the Wisconsin HIV Program that provide case management and support services to people living with HIV in Wisconsin.
Note: Registration/Coffee is from 8:30-9:00 a.m. The meeting will start promptly at 9:00 a.m.

Parking is available in either the City of Madison State Street Campus Garage off of North Lake St. for $1.50 per hour or the Lake & Johnson St. Ramp (Lot 46). See maps below for more information on location and cost.
